Finally we can gather again! Welcome to a conference with a light tone, but all the more professional weight and inspirational power. We have invited some of the country’s most renowned presenters to inspire, motivate and update everyone who is passionate about mathematics in primary school. After yet another different school year, the need is perhaps greater than ever, because Fagfornyelsen has not become less important through a year and a half of pandemic.
In the plenary sessions, you will meet renowned professionals such as Jo Røislien, Helsesista, Marco Elsafadi, Holmboe prize winners Anne Seland and Hanan Abdelrahman, as well as several skilled communicators from the Mathematics Centre. These will each contribute in their own way to making teaching more lively, relevant and engaging in the future.
The workshops have tailor-made schemes for each stage so that it can be taken straight back to the classroom. Everything tied together with a twinkle in the eye of conference host, author and entertainer, Memo-Oddbjørn By himself.
For many, this will be the first major professional meeting place, so we attach great importance to the time outside the sessions also being good arenas for meeting and exchanging ideas and experiences. Throughout the conference, several of the speakers will therefore be available for questions and conversations.
